Broadway is a good street to live on. This building is a three story building built in 1987.
Believe it or not, there are only three (3!) two bedroom/two bathroom
apartments in this building. Each light and airy unit is
exceptionally spacious with two balconys, a fireplace, dishwasher, stove, refrigerater, and
if you live on the third floor a very good view in three directions!
You may park your car under the structure in a secure area. There is
a coin operated laundry room.
It is close to parks, the ocean, downdown, Pine Avenue, East Village, Belmont Shore
is only about two miles away, bus lines, good freeway access, Cal. State is only 4 miles away,
and there are many neighborhood convenience stores in the area.
